I truly love to exercise. It is my medicine.
I enjoy all forms of movement however my true love in the gym is the kettlebell. I was trained to use the kettlebell through a company called www.strongfirst.com. I was certified by them and built a lifelong love and respect for the kettlebell during my time with StrongFirst. The kettlebell is an essential tool I use to coach my clients but it's not the only tool in my tool box. I am knowledgeable in a wide variety of equipment outside of the kettlebell, Barbells/Dumbbells/Body Weight Training/Bands.
I design my programs based on my clients needs and goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times feels uncomfortable at first. I understand and I too try to try my healthy habits every day. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits daily, you will be able to reach your goals and maintain your results.
